We have created the Exhibitor Success Program to help you get the most ROI out of your ISSA Show North America experience; it includes the resources you’ll need to successfully prepare, promote, enhance, stay informed, and plan ahead.

Find out what makes ISSA Show North America different from other trade shows. View the Exhibitor Services Manual for more information. Additionally, ISSA has created guides to help newer exhibitors learn how to prepare for a show and control costs association with attending a show.
To help promote your presence at the event, use the ISSA Show North America logo in your pre-show promotions and marketing materials. These logos can be included in web banner ads, print ads, emails, and direct mail.
Exhibitor listings appear in the printed Official Exhibit Directory, online directory, and in the official event mobile app. The online directory listing is how potential customers learn about your company, and research products prior to the show. In 2018, exhibitors were searched over 113,400 times both in the online directory listings and in the Official ISSA mobile app.
Make sure your company’s online directory listing is accurate and up-to-date by logging into your Exhibitor Portal to approve your listing. This information is displayed in real time in the online directory through the My Show Planner.
Consider upgrading your basic directory listing to a Level 1 Listing or a Level 2 Listing. Level 2 listings received, on average, more than three times as many leads, and more than six times as many views than a basic directory listing last year.
Sending out a press release is a great way to promote your presence at the show, and generate booth traffic! You can create your own, or use the template that we have provided below for download. You can edit the highlighted sections, and add details about your booth in the press release template. Once you have created your press release, please deploy the release to ISSA (at firstname.lastname@example.org) and to your local media.
Choose from the attached email signature templates, and add your ISSA Show Booth number. Adding ISSA Show information to your email signature is a great way for you and your colleagues to boost customer knowledge of your presence at the show!
Use the banner ad on your company’s website to promote your participation. This graphic can also be used on a direct mail piece, as an email header, or to create an invitation to send to your customers.
Promote your participation through social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Add your booth number before you post, and be sure to engage each person who comments.
